Your Song Creations operates as a sole proprietorship. For customer-facing purposes, this website and these policies refer to the business as “Your Song Creations,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Your Song Creations creates custom digital songs based on information submitted by the customer. Songs may be used for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings, graduations, holidays, memorials, friendship gifts, or other personal celebrations.

Each order includes one custom MP3 file of the song created for the customer based on the information provided.

Songs are delivered digitally by email attachment.

After placing an order, you provide information through the website order form. This may include details such as the occasion, preferred genre or style, recipient name or title, purchaser name, desired mood, email address, memories, personality traits, relationship details, inside jokes, and other personal details you want considered in the song.

Your Song Creations then creates lyrics for your review.

You receive one free lyrics revision before lyric approval.

Once you approve the lyrics, Your Song Creations creates the final custom song and delivers the MP3 file within 3 days after lyric approval.

The 3-day delivery period begins only after you approve the lyrics. If you do not respond to a lyrics approval or revision request, your order may remain paused until you respond.

Custom songs may be created using a combination of human creative input and AI-assisted tools.

By submitting an order, you understand and agree that the personal details you provide may be processed through AI-assisted creative tools as part of creating your custom song.

Your Song Creations does not intentionally use customer-submitted memories or personal details to train AI models. Your Song Creations also does not intentionally store those details inside AI tools after the creative process is complete. However, order details may be retained in business records, including email and secure file storage, as described in the Privacy Policy section below.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and appropriate information for your custom song.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, private addresses, confidential medical details, or anything you would not want considered during the creative process.

You also agree that any information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

Your Song Creations is not responsible for errors in the final song that result from inaccurate, incomplete, misspelled, or unclear information provided by you.

Your Song Creations does not create songs that include explicit content.

You may not submit requests that include or promote:

• Sexually explicit content
• Hate, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Threats, violence, or illegal activity
• Defamatory statements
• Invasive private details about another person
• Content that violates another person’s privacy or rights
• Requests to copy, recreate, or closely imitate an existing song, melody, lyrics, artist, celebrity voice, or copyrighted work
• Requests for impersonation or direct imitation of a specific artist, public figure, or private person

You may request a general genre, mood, theme, or vibe. For example, you may request a romantic acoustic song, upbeat pop feel, country-inspired style, soulful ballad, or playful celebration song.

You may not request that the song sound exactly like a specific artist, copy an existing song, use copyrighted lyrics, use a protected melody, or impersonate a real person’s voice.

Your Song Creations may reject a request, ask you to revise your submitted information, pause production, or cancel an order if the request violates these policies. If you refuse to provide appropriate revised information, Your Song Creations may cancel the order. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be offered only at the discretion of Your Song Creations or as required by applicable law.

When you purchase a custom song, you receive a personal-use license to download, save, enjoy, and share the final MP3 song.

You may post the song publicly on personal social media accounts, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms, as long as the use is personal and non-commercial.

You may also use the song in personal events, personal slideshows, family videos, anniversary videos, wedding-related personal content, birthday celebrations, or similar non-commercial settings.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:

• Sell the song
• License the song to others
• Use the song in paid advertising
• Use the song for commercial promotion
• Distribute the song as stock music or production music
• Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying composition, lyrics, or production assets
• Register the song with a music rights organization
• Upload the song to streaming platforms for monetization
• Use the song in a business, brand, product, or commercial campaign

Your Song Creations retains ownership of the underlying creative work, including lyrics, composition, production files, drafts, and related creative assets, except for the personal-use license granted to you.

Your Song Creations may not use your completed song, customer story, recipient name, testimonial, song clip, or personal details in marketing, social media, website samples, portfolio materials, or advertising without your permission.

If Your Song Creations would like to use your song or story for promotional purposes, we may ask for your written permission first.

Orders are placed through the website and processed through Paddle.

Paddle may act as the merchant of record, payment processor, reseller, or checkout provider for your purchase. This means your payment, taxes, billing details, receipts, and certain payment-related support may be handled by Paddle according to Paddle’s own terms, policies, and checkout disclosures.

Your Song Creations does not directly store your full payment card information.

Prices may change at any time, but price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Your order is not accepted until payment is completed and the order information is submitted.

Because each song is custom-created based on the information you provide, all purchases are final once the order is placed.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use the delivered song
• Dissatisfaction with a creative direction after lyrics were approved
• Failure to respond to lyrics review or approval requests
• Delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide information or approval
• Requests that violate these policies
• Minor subjective preferences after final delivery
• Customer-provided spelling, name, detail, or story errors

You receive one free lyrics revision before lyric approval.

Once lyrics are approved, no refunds are available.

After the final MP3 is delivered, no song or audio revisions are included unless there is a technical error, such as receiving the wrong file, a corrupted file, or a delivery issue caused by Your Song Creations.

If there is a technical delivery issue, contact yoursongcreations1@gmail.com and include your order details. Your Song Creations may resend the file, correct the technical issue, or provide another reasonable remedy.

Because payments are processed through Paddle, any approved refund, if applicable, may need to be processed through Paddle. Paddle may also review refund requests according to its own buyer terms, refund policy, payment rules, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

The final MP3 file is delivered by email attachment.

Your Song Creations aims to deliver the final MP3 within 3 days after the customer approves the lyrics.

The delivery timeline does not begin until lyrics are approved.

If Your Song Creations needs additional information to complete the order, the timeline may be paused until you provide the requested information.

If an unexpected delay occurs, Your Song Creations may contact you with an updated timeline.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, or other email filters.

Your Song Creations aims to create meaningful, personal, and high-quality custom songs. However, music and creative preferences are subjective.

We do not guarantee a specific emotional response, recipient reaction, social media response, or personal outcome from the song.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the website, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Your Song Creations may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the website at any time.

This website is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

If you are under 18, you may use the website and make a purchase only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
